[SPEAKER CHANGES] House Committee on Appropriation Subcommittee on education will meet tomorrow at 8:30 in 421 LOB, and the House Committee on Appropriation Subcommittee on Natural and Economic Resources will meet tomorrow at 8:30 in 424 LOB. [SPEAKER CHANGES] What purpose does the gentleman from Gaston, Representative Starnes is recognized.
