Ratification of bills, the clerk will read. [SPEAKER CHANGES] Enrolling clerk reports the following bills, duly ratified for presentation to the governor. Senate bill 151, an act to amend marine fishery laws, amend the laws govrning the construction of terminal growings and clarify that cities may enforce ordinances, but in the state's public trust areas. Senate bill 305, an act to improve the public private partnership by which the division of motor vehicles issue motor vehicle titles and registrations. Senate bill 341, an act to establish an expedited process for modification of inter-base and transfer certificates, and for the issuance of ?? transfer certificates in the central coastal plain capacity use area, and the coastal area counties and to amend session law 2013-50, and act to promote the provision of regional water in sewer services by transferring ownership and operation of a certain public water and sewer systems to a metropolitan water and sewage district. Senate bill 379, an act authorizing the economic development of senate programs to utilize funds to support new and expanded natural gas service and to support propane gas service for agricultural projects. Senate bill 626, an act recodify and amend an existing law enacted to assist owners in recovering lost pets, relieve overcrowding at animal shelters, facilitated options from animal shelters, and to provide for improved enforcement of that law by making it part of the animal welfare act, and to establish a cap on the reimbursement amount available for the spay and neuter program, and to provide for the protection of animals confined in motor vehicles under circumstances that threaten the animal's health.
