Riser will offer the prayer today. Members of the General Assembly, please stand while the prayer’s being led. [SPEAKER CHANGES] God, grant us the courage to change the things we can change, the serenity to accept those we cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference. But God, grant us the courage not to give up on what we think is right, even though we think it is hopeless. [SPEAKER CHANGES] I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Announcement and giving notice of discharge petition for House Bill 1241, and it’s the eugenics compensation changes discharge petition be in the clerk’s office, I ask all members to sign it so we can address that issue.
